ARCS

Base-Height, Base-Length, Radius-Length, Base-Direction, Radius-Angle : type of Arcs.
Draw Arc : Create an Arc with center at 0,0.
Offset : value to Offset the concentric Arc. Positive(+)=outside, Negative(-)=inside.

Note1: If a shape is selected when you click [Draw], the "Select Center of Arc" window is shown.
Note2: The measure unit is the actual unit of the active document.
